What the letter means
Medicare is searching its paid claims history records to determine if it has paid claims related to the incident. When the search is completed, Medicare will send a listing of the related claims it has paid.
What Next
The MSPRC will forward a letter that includes a listing of all related claims paid to date by Medicare. If the listing is not received within 30 days, contact the MSPRC for a status.
